Medico-Legal Report

As an experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, I run weekly Medico-Legal clinics based in Harley Street, South Woodford and Enfield, London.

My specialist areas are:

·         Trauma general

·         Whiplash injuries

·         Medical negligence

·         Joint Replacement Surgery of hip and knee

·         Hand, shoulder, elbow, wrist injuries

·         Sports injuries: knee, hip and foot-ankle

My experience covers personal injury and medical negligence. Screening reports can be provided as well as reports on Causation and Liability, Condition and Prognosis.

I have extensive experience in preparing medico-legal reports for both Claimants and Defendants. My current ratio is 70% for Claimants, 25% for Defendants and 5% Joint
Instructions.

Clients are examined at my private clinics in and around London.

​

Domiciliary visits are available on a case-by-case basis.

Reports are customarily provided within 4 weeks of receipt of instructions and receipt of all records.

​

Urgent reports within a shorter time frame can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Desktop reporting is also provided on request.

Fees will be charged on a time-costed basis at my current hourly rate plus VAT.

DOMICILIARY VISITS
We understand that some clients may require a home visit and I am therefore able to travel to any part in and around London for medico-legal assessments.
